Bay to Breakers was fun on Sunday. Too warm for running (for me, although a young'n set a new record). The heat did seem to be less of a problem for the necked people :-)

1st Ab dive planned for Sunday... May need to have Lucky Charms for Breakfast the day before, no White Sharks please.
